Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: All went extremely well with the hotel room, location and breakfast. The room was spacious, well planned and spotlessly clean. The recently refurbished common parts presented very well.

Negative: Poor view of a wall from my window. Seemingly under-trained front of house staff. Extremely poor restaurant - inadequate staffing level, poor choices on menu, lack of flexibility and high prices.

Summary: Exceptionally good accommodation, let down by staff and restaurant.
